ISSUE
Teams Meeting Notes In Onenote
You open a meeting in the Outlook calendar and click the Meeting Notes button on the ribbon. When you select either option nothing happens, and OneNote does not open.

This issue occurs after Office updates to Version 1910 (Build 12130.20272) and higher on 32 Bit installs of Office.
Open OneNote on the desktop / laptop Go to the page which was synced with the notes captured on mobile phone OneNote Home tab has an option Meeting Details Open the Meeting Details dropdown and choose the related meeting.
Launch OneNote directly from your Outlook calendar or the meeting appointment itself Insert meeting details onto the OneNote page, including the attendee list and any attachments Check boxes next to the attendee names to indicate who was present Update changed meeting details by selecting Refresh Meeting Details for this Page under Meeting Details. The Meeting Notes dialog box lets you choose between taking meeting notes in a shared OneNote notebook or taking them in a private notebook. Choose one of the following: To share the meeting minutes in shared notebook, select the Share notes with the meeting option. Note: you must have a shared OneNote notebook already set up to select this option.
STATUS: FIXED
This issue is fixed in Version 1910 Build 12130.20400. Until the fixed build is available please use the workaround below.
WORKAROUND
The OneNote Team is investigating the issue for a fix. We will update this topic with the fix version as soon as it is available.
To work around the issue, open OneNote and select Home from the Ribbon. Choose the option Meeting Details and then select the meeting you need to take notes for.

- Launch OneNote directly from your Outlook calendar or the meeting appointment itself
- Insert meeting details onto the OneNote page, including the attendee list and any attachments
- Check boxes next to the attendee names to indicate who was present
- Update changed meeting details by selecting Refresh Meeting Details for this Page under Meeting Details
- Share meeting notes with others from a shared location or by emailing the page
- Use all the features of OneNote that you already love!
